Public Auction By Have Gavel Will Travel. 

 

Due to icy road conditions, we are moving this sale to 2 pm to allow MODOT to clear the roads.  If the roads are not passable by noon we may move to Monday.  I apologize for any inconvenience.  Walt

 

On Sunday February 10, 2019 Have Gavel Will Travel in conjunction with RC Salvage will be conducting a Demo Auction at 9247 Clayton Road St Louis, Mo 63124.  Preview will be 10 am and auction begins at 11 am.  Parking will be at John Burroughs School next door. 

 

We will be selling light fixtures, furnaces, water heaters, garage doors, and much more.  Due to lead paint remediation requirements no painted wood items in the home will be sold including, but not limited to crown molding, trim, interior and exterior doors,  ect. Copper has already been spoken for by the demo crew so no copper piping, wiring and guttering will be sold. 

 

Load out will be until 3 pm on Sunday and 10 am until 4 pm Monday and Tuesday the 11th and 12th.  We or the owners are not responsible for accidents, and no unsafe behaviors will be tolerated or allowed. No assistance will be provided, and electricity may be off by the 10th, so bring generators if needed, cordless saws and drills. 

 

There is no water currently on at the home, please plan bathroom needs accordingly. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

·       There is no buyer’s premium in the live auction.  All forms of absentee bidding has a 10% Buyers premium.

·       Bidder registration requires a valid, state, photo identification card. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guaranties!

·       Every item is described to the best of our abilities but is opinion and not to be taken as fact.

·       Terms of payment include CASH or Credit Debit, there is a 4% convenience fee to use plastic.  Due to the rash of bad checks, We are no longer able to accept checks from New Bidders. 

·       Have Gavel will Travel is not responsible for accidents.
