There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all items with the exception of the real estate. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. Bidders are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before placing a bid on any item. Bidders may preview and inspect items beginning at 3 p.m. on date of auction. All items must be removed from the auction site by end of auction unless other arrangements are made with auction staff. Items left more than 7 days after the auction date will be considered abandoned by the buyer.

We have furniture, tools, art, costume jewelry, garden stuff - all the things you would expect and more. If you haven't been to our auction, please try it out.
