The items for sale can be viewed on Weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from January 14, 2019 through January 23, 2019 and from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the day of the sale. Please contact the Public Works office at 304-645-1833 for an appointment to view items. The Auction will be conducted by Randy S. Burdette, CAI 927 auctioneer licensed by the WV Department of Agriculture and bonded in favor to the State of West Virginia. A ten percent buyer’s premium will be added to the buyers bid. All sales are final and payment is due by Thursday, January 31, 2019. All items must be removed from the premises by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 31, 2019.
