Auction Terms & Conditions REGISTER TO BID. Simply answer a few basic questions. This is a secure site, all data is encrypted and PCI compliant and SSL certificates are maintained. All bids are final and cannot be retracted.. MAXIMUM BID. If you chose to leave a maximum bid and the item sell below your maximum you will only be the charged the final bid amount. The Auction Flex software will bid the predetermined minimum bid when you are out bid and if you check the "outbid notification box" you will be notified if you are no longer the high bidder. WINNING BIDDERS will be notified shortly after the auction. PICK UP of items MUST be made within the hours specified for the auction. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be disposed or auctioned again. Shipping arrangements are available and must be communicated via email. SOFT CLOSE. All of OSA Auctions will have the soft close policy in place. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of a sale that item will not close for another 5 minutes and will remain open as long as there are bids AUCTION ITEMS. The consignors and OSA Auctions assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions. ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS. We reserve the right to remove and/or add items to the sale at any point during the auction. DISPUTES. Previews should satisfy any questions and if there is a description error please notify us. If there are changes to a specific item during a sale it will be posted or removed on the Web site. All sales are final. PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISKS. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify OSA Auctions and their consignors harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of OSA Auctions, or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of an auction.
