All buyers must sign in and have a bidders card in order to bid and buy items.****We DO NOT LOAD, bring your helpers if you need them due to liability issues. ******Bring any packing materials you may need. Boxes, paper etc..... ******Please do not park in neighbors drives or block mail boxes. ******No specific parking provided, you make your own decisions where to park and are responsible for any damage you do with your car. ******We take cash, check and credit card with a 3% convenience fee added to your final purchase.*****ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ******ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS WITH NO GUARANTEES. ******We do not pre-sell items. ******You may use your own sold stickers, payment must be made as soon as possible after you place the sold sticker or we will remove the sticker and place the item back up for sale. If you put a sold sticker on an item you are obligated to buy that item. Anyone willfully violating any of the terms and conditions of this sale will be asked to leave and will be banned from any future events by our company.
