All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied unless we say an item is tested and working, then you have our word and a 48 hr guarantee (gives you time to get it home and plug it in). On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. It is YOUR responsibility to pre-check the items and verify it to your liking.
We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637).
Lots close at 20 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots)
Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment should be paid within 24 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We now take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone.
Pick Up Terms: We will be open Friday and Saturday following the auction and Monday through Wednesday at our location in Vancouver. It is easy to get to but please make appointment to make sure we will be available. We are closed Sunday. If not picked up by Wednesday the item becomes our property to donate or resale.
Mailing: Yes, we can mail most items and cost is generally low so please feel free to ask for costs. We are not set up for shipping larger items. If you need shipping, you must pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you special invoice with shipping charges. We still only charge what we're being charged and don't charge for handling.

Everything is in the box (we have another one later in the auction (#115) that is missing a couple items) 2 Antique Drop Leaf Dining Table w Feet Drawer Structurally in good shape but could use a finishing or paint. Has a pull out drawer which is also unusual for a table like this. 38" long. When sides are down the width is only 18" but 47" when extended. Very good quality and workmanship. 3 Vintage Misc Lot Beatles to Glasbake Look each of the items over, some real finds in this little group. The photo is a glass negative or photo. The doll has 4 faces. The wood items is an old photo finishing piece, etc. 5 Original Oil Painting Dianne Phares Lumber Yard When you first look at it you think it's a photograph. It's an oil painting and very well done. Reminds me of many of the lumber yards I've seen in the NW.
