This is a unit Auction for Stor-It Mini Warehouses on Defaulted Units. Cash ONLY from highest Bidder with a $50 refundable clean-out deposit per unit.
On Friday the sealed bids will be opened and the highest bidder will be notified by phone, payment for the units along with deposit must be paid within 24 hours of notification.
You will have 2 days to empty units. Bring your own Lock to place on unit if you are the top bidder.
THIS AUCTION WILL BE WITH SEALED BIDS ONLY- NOT A LIVE AUCTION- UNITS CAN BE VIEW AT SCHEDULED DATES & TIME...HIGHEST BIDDER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY PHONE ON THE DAY ASSIGNED TO END BIDDING.

This Auction will be sold by SEALED BIDS ONLY for Stor-It Mini Warehouses in Kokomo! Units will be sold to the highest bidder and will have 48 hours to empty and clean units weather permitting. A $50 cash refundable deposit will be collected for each unit and will be returned once the unit is empty & sweep clean.
Units can be previewed in person Mon & Thur between 2pm & 4pm only. Sealed bids will be opened Friday morning at 10 am and highest bidder will be notified by phone!
Stor-It Mini Warehouses reserves the rights to remove any Units up to the day of sale if redeemed by Tenant!
