The successful high bidder on each property will be required to sign a Real Estate Purchase Agreement by 6:00 PM on the day of the auction, and will make an earnest money deposit of ten percent (20%) of the total sales price payable to Interstate Auction & Realty Escrow Account. The balance is to be paid in full at the deed closing within 30 days. The contract will not be contingent upon financing. Current taxes will be prorated at the date of closing. Seller has the option of extending the contract 30 days to correct an unforseen title issues that may arise. Internet Bidding – Interstate Auction & Realty, Auctioneers, employees, or represented sellers will be held harmless in the event of techinchal difficulties beyond our control. Interstate Auction & Realty will not be held resposible if internet service fails to function properly, power outages occour, or software fails to function before, during or after the auction. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void a sale, suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final as is the case in a live auction. All auctions are considered to be with reserve unless advertised bevs absolute. All bidders will be vetted, if at any time the auctioneer believes a buyer is not fit to perform we may suspend bidding priveleges. As a Bidder you are responsible for any bids placed under your bidding number and password. The security of your Bidder information is your sole responsibility as you, the Bidder, will be responsible for any and all bids placed under your number. If at any time you feel that your bidder number and password have been compromised due to lack of security on your part you must notify Auctioneer prior to the close of bidding Interstate Auction & Realty format is a "Timed Online Auction Event" that replicates a live auction scenario. In the event that a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of the auction, the ending time will be extended for an additional 2 minutes to allow additional bids to be accepted. You may at any time enter your "Maximum Bid" and the computer software program will bid on your behalf up to your bid limit.
