Bidder shall be the sole judge of any items value -There is a 13% buyer's premium charged to all floor purchases, if paying with cash, you will receive a 3% discounted rate or 10% buyers premium. On-Site buyers must pay on the day of the sale. Absentee/Internet ONLY buyers have a 15% buyer's premium and must Pay and Pickup all items within three (3) days of the auction close.
