We are dealing with the family of the owners who may need to move into an assisted living type setting very shortly. All of the items have been really well cared for. Most everything in this auction is modern and meticulously maintained. All items are either on the first floor or in the garage. Easy loading. Of Note: *Super Clean, Contemporary Queen Size Bedroom Set. Mahogany with a Carved Sleigh Bed. *High End, Oak Coffee Table with Matching End Tables. Ornately Carved and on Pedestals. *LARGE Solid Oak Bookcase. *Ethan Allen "Salem Rocker" Rocking Chair *2 Nice, Large Rugs. *Sleeper Sofa. *Plus Misc. Decorative Items. Preview: Sorry, there is no preview for these items. The family lives two hours away and schedules just do not accommodate the drive in. I really tried to photograph the items in detail, honestly though, these are pretty clean items, I haven't "hidden" anything in the pictures. Auction: ONLINE BIDDING, Thursday, May 21, 2015, at 7 pm.
