We will be auctioning off the personal property of the owner of Paradise Ranch Resort in Tylertown, MS. The resort offers several unique amenities including New Zealand Red Stag Deer, Blue Lagoon pool, bass lake, RV sites, cabins, and primitive sites. Reserve a spot or just come for the day with the family, you want be disappointed. The auction will be held on the grounds of the resort at the large maintenance building. The auction will include 06 Ford King Ranch F350 in the middle of a Cummins conversion, @ 10,000 gal vertical diesel tank, a survival capsule with a 4 cylinder Perkins Diesel engine, 8 HP Honda powered Wacker cement power trowel, 4 wheelers, go cart, wire feed welders, tons of welding supplies, tree stand, purlins, 3 point hitch hay fork and rake, and bolt and nut bins.
learning more about a 6.0 to Cummins swap. He has the computer, wiring for both, fan shrouds, exhaust & turbo, and a Allison transmission. He has went all out on this upgrade. The auction will be held on Saturday November 24th at 10:00 AM rain, sleet, hail, or cold. Preview will be on Wednesday November 21st (Jo’s Birthday) from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Saturday November 24th 8:00 AM to beginning of auction, and upon request.
The address to the property when entered in your GPS will not bring you to the correct location. 660 Hwy 48 w Tylertown, MS 39647. On my IPhone map I searched for Paradise Ranch and it pulled up the address. The entrance is well marked and there will be directional sign from both directions. The best way is to take Exit 10 (Magnolia Exit) and go East on Mississippi 48 for 15 Miles. Paradise Ranch and Resort will be on the Right. (Do not turn down New River Rd, the entrance is a quarter mile before)
If you are coming from Tylertown follow the signs for Hwy 48 WEST. Once you turn on hwy 48 WEST we are 6.5 miles on the left hand side of the road (a quarter mile after New River Rd.)
We are selling everything where is - how is. The seller has agreed to loading assistance for a couple of the biggest items, but other than that please bring what or who you may need for loading. Loading times and dates are flexible but must be accomplished before December 8th or the property will revert back to the owner with no refunds given. As stated before the auction will be held regardless of the weather bring chairs and chances are it will be cold. The camp ground will be providing refreshments for purchase.
Auction will be held in reserve but motivated to sell. We will accept all the cash you will give us, debits when you run out of cash, checks if we know you. There will be a 10% buyers premium and 7% MS sales tax added to the final hammer price
