There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all items with the exception of the real estate. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. Bidders are encouraged to inspect all items carefully before placing a bid on any item. Bidders may preview and inspect items beginning at 3 p.m. on date of auction. All items must be removed from the auction site by end of auction unless other arrangements are made with auction staff. Items left more than 7 days after the auction date will be considered abandoned by the buyer.

We traditionally have our big Christmas Gift Auction on this date. We didn't plan for it this year, since we just landed the Pollock auction site a couple of weeks ago. BUT we do have lots of great Christmas gifts for kids and adults, so y'all come do your Christmas shopping with us! You'll save a bundle, get some unique gift items, and have a fun time. Much better to shop from your chair in our comfortable auction house, rather than fight the crowds at the big store! We will also have a good selection of our regular "General Merchandise" so there is something for everyone. Everyone is welcome at our auction. We have a comfortable WARM auction house, plenty of parking and seating, a fantastic concession stand, and friendly staff. Come see us and bring a friend! More photos coming Thursday night and probably even Friday night as we unbox all those Christmas items.
