1) Full Payment: All items must be paid for in full before the bidder leaves the premises. Nothing may be removed from the building until it has been settled for. Payments for purchases must be made in cash or by credit or debit card. All sales are subject to sales tax laws. 2) A 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on all sales. 3) NO WARRANTY: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS”, “WHERE IS” WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND. The descriptions of items appearing in advertising prior to any auction are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor oral statements made by the Owner (or his Agents or Officers) concerning any item shall be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied. I, the bidder, have examined this merchandise and accept it the way it is. 4) DISPUTES: The Auctioneers shall designate the winning bidder after each item is auctioned. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the Auctioneers reserve the right to reopen the bidding. The Auctioneers’ designation of a buyer shall be final. 5) BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY: After a bidder has won the bid with his/her high bid, he/she has become the new owner of the item even though he/she may not have yet paid for the item. The item becomes the full and sole responsibility of the buyer at the point of winning the bid, and the buyer assumes all risk of loss or damage. Buyers should guard their items accordingly. 6) INJURY and DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the bidder or his agent, and further agrees to hold the Auctioneers harmless from any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. 7) AGENTS ONLY: The Auctioneers are acting as the Owner’s agents only, unless otherwise stated. 8) The Auctioneer reserves the right to group lots/items together when the best interest of the seller is served. 9) All bidders must be registered and hold an assigned bidder number to participate in the auction. Bidder must provide a valid photo ID in order to register. 10) The record of sale kept by the Auctioneer and Bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
