There are absolutely no shipping options for this auction and we will NOT be bringing lots back to our facility for pick up. All lots must be paid for and pick up by Friday November 16th at 4:00pm without exception. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times without exception. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (3% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however no sales tax will be charged. We are pleased and honored to have been consigned by the family of this estate to offer the assets for public online auction. This is the final of 3 auctions we have held at this location. The items up for auction have not been removed from the property and will be sold by online auction on location. You will find Household, vintage items, furniture, store fixtures, Chevy 3500 Full Size Van, Clark Fork Lift, glassware, new items, outdoor items and so much more to numerous to list. Public open house to view items before you bid will be held Tuesday November 13th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm EST. This will be the only time the items are available for viewing before the auction ends. Viewing again will be at the above address.
Pick up and checkout dates are Thursday November 15th from 12:00pm until 7:00pm EST and Friday Novenber 16th from 10:00am until 4:00pm EST.
