Multi-Parcel Bidding Method
This auction is not contingent upon financing. All down payments are non-refundable and due at conclusion of auction. Online bidders are required to provide a bank letter confirming their ability to provide the down payment/financing within in 3 days of registering. Down payments paid by credit card will be charged an additional 4% processing fee.
Down Payment Amounts: Tract 1: $5,000; Tract 2: $15,000; Tract 3: $25,000; Tract 4: $15,000, Tract 5: $15,000; Whole Farm: $75,000. All down payments are non-refundable.
Balance due at closing. Closing will be on or before December 29, 2018 with possession at closing. Full farming rights may be granted before closing with proof of bank financing or funds to close.
All announcements made day of auction take precedence over ALL printed material.
