Located within walking distance of Eva School and all the downtown activities and only 8 miles from Brewer High School on AL Hwy 67 at Florette, AL. The house has hardwood, tile and carpet flooring all in good condition, well maintained.

NOTE:  This sale will be the same day as the Eva Christmas Parade and it will pass in front of the house going and coming so you will have ring side seating for the whole show.  Come enjoy the sale and the parade at the same time. Plenty of parking along front of the property and at the north end, follow directions upon arrival to avoid congestion .

This house is now ON LINE for bidding and we will use the highest bid obtained as starting bid for the LIVE auction.  You will have to be present to raise your bid at the live auction.  The high bid will have a 10% buyer's premium added to determine the Total Contract Price and the bidder will be required to make a non-refundable deposit equal to ten percent of the TCP on sale day in cash, local check with I.D. or a bank letter of credit. The closing will be completed by an attorney of the buyer's choice.  The real estate and all other items are sold in "AS IS--WHERE IS" condition will all faults, if any exist.  Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over all other advertisement.
