John served as a proud Marine for 6 years, was a Texas Guard for 25 years, and spent 43 years of service with the Harris County Sheriff's Office, retiring as Sergeant. After retirement from HCSO, John spent most weekends working as head of security with Webster's Auction, where he will be greatly missed.
