Any changes in details of the auction made prior to day of sale take precedence over any previous term. Bidder bears full responsibility for inspecting items prior to bidding. Descriptions, photos and statements made or offered by sellers or auction staff is deemed correct but is not guaranteed. By bidding on the item you hsve agreed to accept that item in its present condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bids may not be retracted for any reason. Upon registering all bidders are required to give full name, address, phone number and email address. A valid credit card is required to register. Your credit card will be verified, a $1 verification ping will be done to make sure the card is active. The pending $1 charge will fall off in a few days. If you are claiming tax exempt please email it to caplansauctions@gmail.com Bidder and guests assume all risks with removal day(s). Bidder and guests shall be deemed to be there at their own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises, and the conduct of the third third parties and the Bidder shall advise his agents and employees Bidder and guests agree to indemnity Caplans Auction of any and all liability regardless of negligence. Once the auction is complete and the Bidder has won the bid, the Bidder is responsible for merchandise and for full and complete payment. Non-payment or fradualent bidding will be subject to legal recourse. Should the Bidder not pay for merchandise, the Bidder shall be responsible for any remaining balance, any collection costs, attorney fees, employee costs and maximum allowable interest and service charges.

Welcome to Caplan's Auction. This is an Online Exclusive Auction. We are offering two in person preview dates. The first is Sunday February 21st rom 12:00pm-4:00pm we also invite you to stay for a live in person auction that day at 4:30pm. The second preview date is on Monday February 22nd from 10:00m-2:00pm. Preview takes place in our Historic Savage Mill Auction Gallery. We do NOT offer shipping services. You may arrange shipping services yourself or pick up yourself. An 18% Buyers Premium is added to all bids. If you are tax exempt please put that in the notes at registration. Check out is immediately following the conclusion of the auction using the card provided at check in. Bidding opens on Wednesday February 17th at 7:00pm. Bidding begins to close at 7:00pm on Wednesday February 24th. Lots close every minute in numerical order. Pick up is also from our Historic Savage Mill Auction Gallery located at 8600 Foundry St. Savage MD 20763. We are offering two pick up dates. The first is on Thursday February 25th from 9:00am-2:00pm. The second is on Sunay February 28th from 12:00pm-4:00pm. Our building is The Cotton Shed and is shaped like a grey barn. Please pull up to our door on the brick paved area for easy loading.
