Deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned at the conclusion of the auction. An additional deposit will be required upon a successful bid pursuant to the “Closing/Transfer of Title to Successful Bidder” section below. Auction Information: Each auction is held at a central location (typically in the town in which the property to be auctioned is located).
