All Brand New Items Preview April and 18th From 1-4pm Load Out Is April 30th and May 1st From 10 am to 4 pm All Items Need to Be Removed On The Scheduled Load Out Days Please Refrain From Bidding on this Auction if You Can't Make it to the Set Time And Date for The Load Out Please Bring the proper trailer for the item(s) you are picking up and please REMEMBER to schedule an appointment for your removal! There will be a forklift available for loadout, please be patient as you are waiting to be loaded. ***IMPORTANT*** When picking up at our location: -Appointment is always needed for pick up -Follow Signs for Exact Pickup Location at address -Bring your printed invoice (or) have your bidder ID and auction close date ready. -If your item is large, more than 100 lbs please bring additional help to load Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. For items over 2000.00, 2000.00 will be charged at the auction end, the balance being paid with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check at or before pick up and within the auction scheduled Removal Period. Failure to pay the balance and pick up items within 3 days after the auction close date/loadout date will result in the item being forfeited, the 2000.00 paid non-refundable, and a 10% of the total invoice non-payment fee assessed unless prior approval from Red Stag Auctions is obtained for another payment and pickup date. 1. If you are unable to pick up on time, please make other arrangements with Eric (405) 822-7328 2. Stock Photos- Some auctions will use Stock Photos. The use of stock photos does not guarantee the condition of the items, however gives you an idea of what the product is. Please view pictures and read descriptions. Our Team does a great job of notating quality of items and if they see any damage. If product looks different than stock photo please go off of product seen in photos or call Eric if you have questions. We do our best to match products with exact stock photos, but we are human and mistakes may happen. 3. Damaged Items- We do our best to describe/photograph any damage that we may find. We may not document/see all damage to item. 4. Your card on File will be charged immediately after the auction closes or the morning after the auction closes between 6-8 AM.
