Once a bid is placed, it cannot be canceled or retracted for any reason. Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met. At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes. If an item states "Tested and Works or Runs" in the description it means that the item was turned on by one of the Southern Minnesota Auction Staff. It DOES NOT guarantee that the item works perfectly or was tested for the exact application it is used for. Please inspect each item to know what you are buying before bidding on the item. No refunds will be given after the auction ends. Due to the deterioration of society, we do not want to have any cash on hand while conducting this pickup. Any invoices left with a balance on the last day of pickup will be charged to the credit card on file. If the credit card on file is declined, the bidder will be banned from bidding on future Southern Minnesota Auctions sales. PICKUP PICKUP TIMES ARE ONLY AS LISTED If you would like your items brought back to Nicollet, please note: · All alternative pickups will be assessed with a $20 fee, payable in cash at time of pickup. · You MUST schedule an alternative pickup by the end of the original pickup time. · Scheduled alternative pickup needs to be within 5 business days of the original pickup. · Yes, even if you won your item for $5, you still need to pay the $20 fee. · If an item is marked "NO SHIPPING", we will not bring it back to Nicollet. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items that are paid for and have not been picked up by 2:00 PM on 3/30/24 will be considered abandoned and they will remain the property of the seller. DO NOT show up out of the blue to see if you can pick up after the load out dates. The staff at MPLS Storage is not responsible for facilitating pickups and will not accommodate late pickups. and assume your items are still in our possession. Our fantastic sellers promptly pick up their unsold/abandoned items. Invoices will not be refunded if you fail to pick up your items. Please bring help, the proper tools, and the necessary equipment to load and secure your items as auction staff is typically busy during loadout times. For auctions held at our facility, a forklift is available to assist in loading large items from the ground level. There is no charge for this service. The Auctioneer, Southern Minnesota Auctions, and/or the property owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. Failure to load your items by the end of the auction loadout will result in a $50/hour staffing charge (minimum 1 hour), payable in cash at the time of loadout. It is your complete and total responsibility to ensure all items you won are present and accounted for in your vehicle before leaving the auction site. SHIPPING Shipping is available on items as indicated. Please don't ask us to ship items that are marked "No Shipping" - there's a reason we have them marked as such. We ship using SpeeDee, FedEx, UPS or USPS. Ensure your address is correct on your invoice! If it comes back, we will reship it at your expense. We charge a minimum of $10.00 per package for packaging supplies and time + actual shipping charges. For items requiring more packing material and time, the handling will be higher. We have packaged thousands of items between our previous auction sales and our eBay store - we know what we're doing! We ensure everything is safely and securely packaged prior to sending it out. Please let us know ASAP if you want insurance. You will be charged what the carrier charges for this service. The credit card you have on file will be charged with the shipping and handling fees.
