If items are left after the pickup date of the auction a storage fee of $5 a day will be added to the auction invoice. Storage fees must be paid the day the items are picked up. If items are left for 5 days or more the items become the property of the auction house. These items will be sold at a later date. No refunds will be given on these items. In the event that the auction is held at an onsite auction there will be an additional pick-up provision. There will be only 1 or 2 days for pick up at these auctions. If you cannot pick up your items, you can contact us to see if we can move your items to our auction house location. There will be a charge to the bidder if we move your items to our auction house location. Charges will be added to your invoice. NON-PAYMENT/ABANDONED POLICY All items that are unpaid or unclaimed will be considered abandoned property and will become the property of Somewhere In Time Antiques and Auction House. Unpaid items are items that were won at auction but not paid for. Unclaimed items are items that have been paid for but not picked up after 5 days and items that have been paid but the shipping has never been paid. COINS The auctioneer is not responsible for the condition of the items sold. Coins are not graded by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is NOT a coin grader. Please use your own judgement to the condition and grade off any items. It is very likely all raw coins have been graded or condition Including cleaned or partly cleaned coins. All coins we sell are sold as is without a guarantee or warranty of any kind. The only grading companies that guarantee their grade are PCGS and NGC. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to do the research on the coins that they want to bid on. All coins are sold on consignment bases. JEWERLY/SILVER/GOLD Weights in catalogue description have been estimated through measurement and are to be used as approximate guidelines and not relied on as exact. Jewelry: Unless otherwise stated, all stones have been measured and graded in their settings. Metal weight given for jewelry includes stones unless stated otherwise. Buyers should be reminded that many colored gemstones have historically been treated to enhance their appearance. Lab reports will be referenced in catalogue descriptions. Up for auction will be a varity of comic books. This auction will run from 03-18-2024 to 03-30-2024. The first lot will end at 5 pm on 03-30-2024. You are welcome to preview anything on this auction. We will be open from 9 am to 1 pm Wednesday thur Thursday next week. Pick up for this auction will be the Wednesday and Thursday following the end of the auction.
