All items are sold as is, where is with no warranties expressed or implied.
All bids are a legally binding contract between the buyer and auctioneer. By bidding on any lot, the buyer agrees to pay the high bid price, buyers premium and applicable sales tax. Failure to pay for lots purchased will result in buyers being banned from future auctions.
The credit card used to register will be charged for all invoices totaling $2,500 or less within 24 hours of the auction close. For more than $2,500 the buyer must pay by echeck within 48 hours of auction close.
In the event the credit or debit card used to register for the auction is declined during the checkout process, the bidder will have until 5:00 pm on the day following the auction close to provide an alternate payment option. After 5:00 pm the buyer will be considered as a non paying buyer and will be banned from future auctions.
High Country Auction Company makes no guarantees as to the condition of any lot. All descriptions are based on consignors information and our limited physical inspection. Buyer is responsible for inspecting any lots they choose to bid on.
We assume any and all lots purchased by bidders not located in Colorado will require shipping. Non Colorado residents not requiring shipping and Colorado residents needing shipping must notify the auctioneer before the close of the auction.
Shipping is not available for every lot. Buyer is responsible for verifying the listing notes shipping is available prior to bidding.
All shipping will be handled by a third party. They will contact you after the close of the auction. No refunds will be made for items that can not be shipped.
Refunds will not be issued for items not claimed during the pickup times, or for items not able to be shipped to out of state buyers unless the auction catalog was in error.
All items being picked up will be charged Colorado Springs sales tax.

This time around we have a great selection of home furnishing, kitchen items, decorations and more! The auction includes several TVs, some small kitchen appliances, furniture and decorator items. We also have some reseller opportunities with brand new shaker bottles and some small containers. 1 54" JVC TV Works as it should. No spots on the display. This was mounted on a wall mount and does not include the feet or a remote 2 2 Stools Matching counter height stools, in decent shape. 3 3 Stools Matching counter height stools, in decent shape. 4 Coffee table Base is ornate metal with three legs. Thick glass top with scalloped edges is 31" in diameter. 5 Side Table Base is ornate metal with four legs. Thick glass top with scalloped edges is "D" shaped. Top is 53" long x 22" wide. 6 Straight back chair Leather chair in nice shape. Note: indentations in the seat are from items sitting in the chair. Will come out with time. 7 Shelves Black coated, 4 tier wire shelf unit. 8 Chair and ottoman Very unique corner chair. Looks like it could have been part of a sectional, but there are no mounting points for other sections. This would be a great piece to paint with chal... 128 Rustic coffee table Really cool piece. I assume it was made in Mexico about the same time as the dresser in lot 127. The top on this has been written on and needs sanded off. Would be a really neat piece with a little paint. 129 Desk Painted dresser that was used in a girls room. It has a light installed on the underside of the upper shelf. Plenty of drawers for storage. Paint has a few flaws and the top has duct tape residue from a cover being taped on it. 130 Drop leaf table Very nice drop leaf table. Unsure of the age on this piece. The lives use a wedged wood piece for support instead of a mechanical support found in most drop leaf tables. 131 Straight back chairs Three dining or desk chairs. The chair with the rounded back appears to be quite old. 132 Table Metal plant stand or side table. Would be a great piece on a porch or patio. The wicker top has some damage, but it is screed in from the bottom making it really easy to replace with your custom top. 133 22" TV LG 720p TV. Could be used as a computer monitor too. No remote or power cord, but was tested with a borrowed cord. Uses a standard monitor/computer plug. 134 24" TV Vizio D-Series smart TV. Powers on. In good shape. No remote. 135 Vacuum Eureka Airspeed vacuum. Works well. Missing hose attachments. 136 TV stand Black tv stand. In fair shape.
