Animal/Item Consignment Check-In: •Begins 1:30 pm on Regular Sale Dates

Payment Terms: Cash, Good Check (with appropriate ID). No Credit Cards. (Return Check Fee: $30; Reissue Check Fee: $20)
Guidelines and Notices: •Animals are sold “by the head” unless otherwise noted/announced. The “total price” will be the number of animals/items times the final bid price.
•Weights provided for larger animals are for informational purposes only and should be used as a general guide when bidding (larger animal also sold “by the head”).
•Buyers are required to provide their own cages/boxes for purchases.
•Purchased items/animals not picked up or removed within 24 hours after auction becomes property of the Tri County Livestock Auction and will be sold/disposed of at their sole discretion.
•Everything is sold “as-is”. Animals are sold with NO health guarantee.
•Auction staff and representatives are not responsible or liable for accidents or injury. All participation, in any manner, is at individual’s own risk.
