The first auction will be Saturday Dec. 8th. at 423 N. 16th. Street in Fort Smith, Ar. 

Terms and Conditions:  All Items will be sold in As-Is, Where-Is condition without any warranties of any kind expressed or implied.  All Bidders/Buyers are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of any and all items before bidding/buying. Once the item or items are declared sold by the auctioneer, that item or items become the sole responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the auction company nor the seller are responsible for any Lost, Damaged, Misplaced or Stolen Items.  All Items must be paid for the day of auction.  

Payment Terms:  All Items are to be paid for the Day of Auction.  We accept Cash or Approved Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID,  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Please note all payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards there will be a 4% buyers fee added to the total purchase.  Payments made with Cash or Approved Check the 4% buyers fee will be waived on Personal Property items purchases only.

Directions:  The auction will be held at 4115 North "N" Street on the corner of "N" and Albert Pike.
