Pickup Date & Time: DATES & TIMES FOR PICKUP WILL BE ANNOUNCED TO SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS VIA EMAIL AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS WILL FIRST RECEIVE AN INVOICE EMAIL LISTING THEIR SUCCESSFULLY PURCHASED ITEMS. THERE IS NO SHIPPING OFFERED IN THIS ONLINE ONLY AUCTION. All items sold in this Online Only Auction are pick-up only by the buyer(s). All buyer(s) are solely responsible for removing the items they purchase. Please bring tools, hand trucks, dolly carts, boxes, packing material & personnel to assist in removing your items as these will not be provided by Callie Baber Auction Co. If buyer(s) cannot pick-up their items on the scheduled pick-up date, please call 217.822.3304 to make other arrangements. A $15.00 convenience fee will be charged to pick up on an alternate date. If alternate arrangements are not made, buyer(s) shall forfeit their purchased items if not picked-up and removed by 5pmEST on FRIDAY OCT 5TH and buyer(s) will not be reimbursed for paid items. Buyers Premium: 13% Buyer's Premium on all winning bids (3% discount if paying by cash or check). PLEASE READ ONLINE ONLY AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS: The initial registration for bidder verification only will be made to AUCTION FLEX. All bidders must register for a USERNAME and PASSWORD. Payments for purchases will be made to Callie Baber Auction Co. On the last day of the auction, items will close every 10 seconds starting at 4PM CST. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes, bidding on that item will be extended another 3 minutes. You cannot be "sniped" as on eBay. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes, bidding on that item/lot will be extended another 3 minutes. You can place your highest bid and the system will start with the lowest increment and automatically bid for you in the increments until you run out of money, then you must bid again. It will be up to you to follow the bidding. By bidding in this auction, buyer understands that they are in agreement with the rules and regulations of this auction and have no recourse. By placing any bid on any item(s), you are entering into a legally binding and irrevocable contract with the Auction Company to purchase the particular item(s) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Auction.
