Once the item or items are delcared sold by the auctioneer that item or items become the sole responsibility of the winning bidder. Neither the auction company or the seller are responsible for any Lost, Misplaced, Damaged, or Stolen Items.  It is the bidder's responsibility to maintain possession of the item or items they are the winning bidder after they have been declared sold to that bidder.  All merchandise is to be paid for the Day of Auction. 

Payment Terms:  We Accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID,  We also accept Credit and Debit Cards as a form of Payment.  If Credit or Debit Cards are used as payment, there will be a 4% buyers fee added to the final ticket total.  If the payment form is Cash or Approved Check the 4% buyers fee is waived on Personal Property Item Purchases Only.
