BUILDING AUCTION

            To make room for the new multi-use event center and livestock building the following existing buildings will be offered at public auction to be removed by purchaser.  Auction to be held on site at the Fairgrounds Pavilion.     Vanover St. Wooster, OH 44691

THURSDAY EVE., SEPT 27^TH, 2018

6:00 PM

THE PAVILION:  The newest of the 4 buildings it is an open sided pole structure 50’x 80’ plus a 4’ overhang on all sides.  The building has an aluminum ceiling, an asphalt shingle roof and is in excellent condition.

THE GOAT BARN:  This steel sided pole barn structure is 68’ x 96’ w/2 sliding doors on each end.  There is also approx.. 100’ of 4” steel pipe protection rail that will be offered separately

THE POULTRY BARN:  Older 42’ x 108’ native lumber framed building.

THE RABBIT BARN:  36’ x 110’ building of similar construction to the poultry barn.

NOTE: The successful bidder will be given two weeks to remove the structures.  Remaining demolition & Cleanup will begin on October 15^th.  

MISC. ALSO SELLING FOLLOWING THE BUILDINGS:  6’ Vertical Coca Cola machine w/bottom dispenser; Misc. wooden tables; Wooden & upholstered desk chairs; misc. wooden tables; 1 showcase; Buffalo Better Built SS fire Ext.; Plastic stackable chairs (8 Orange – 5 yellow).
