Terms and Conditions:  All Personal Property Items and Real Estate will be offered / sold in As-Is, Where-Is, condition without Any Warranties of Any Kind.  All Bidders are encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of items before bidding / buying.  Once the Item / Items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the possession and responsibility of the buyer.  Neither the seller nor the auction company are resonsible for any lost, misplaced, broken, or stolen items.  All Personal Property purchases must be paid for the day of auction. 

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo ID.  We also accept Credit or Debit Cards as a Form of Payment.  If Credit or Debit Cards are used as payment, there will be a 4% buyers fee included with the purchase.  If a bidder / buyer is paying with Cash or Approved Check the 4% buyers fee will be waived on Personal Property Items Only. 

Directions:  In Hartford, Ar. Turn South on Holly Street, Go To 1st. Street Turn Right and the Auction Location Will be on the South Side of the Road.   Auction Signs Will Be Posted.
