Terms for the purchase and sale of Firearms
All firearm sales are subject to a NICS background check. There is no exception to this rule even if you have a valid CPL. We know we are not required to run checks on CPL holders but we do so for the safety of everyone involved. You must be over the age of 18 and have photo identification. A $20 transfer fee for long guns and a $25 transfer fee for handguns will also be applied to all firearms sales. Currently we do not offer shipping for firearms of any kind. All firearm purchases are local pick up only. All federal, state and local laws will be followed for all firearms sales. If you know you are not allowed to purchase firearms please do not bid.
