In case of tie bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to open up bidding between only the two parties to determine the highest bidder. In case of tie bid between absentee bidder and "on site" bidder, the bidder at our location will prevail. 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all items sold, without exception.
