2) Payment will be charged to credit card on file with the auction company.
3) Open House Preview: Monday, September 10, from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m, near Uptown Theater (3614 Pennsylvania Ave., Kansas City, MO 64111).
4) The first lots end at 7:00 p.m. central, on Monday, September 10, 2018. There will be a staggered ending, with one lot ending each 15 seconds until all lots are sold. Each lot is subject to extended bidding, meaning that any bid within the last minute of bidding time will extend bidding for an extra 3 minutes. This will continue until there is a 3 minute span without bids.
5) Purchases can be picked up Tuesday, September 11, from 2pm to 7pm; and Wednesday, September 12, from 9am to Noon. Preview & Pick up location 3614 Pennsylvania Ave., Kansas City, MO 64111.

While studying art and architecture in Chicago, DeWitt Kendall ran an antique shop to help pay his way. He spent 2 years studying in Austria, where he accumulated many of the items being sold in this auction. Mr. Kendall has designed for Hallmark, Enesco, Department 56, Target and others.
Having decided to sell his 3-story Valentine neighborhood home in Kansas City, he contracted Iman KC to sell art, antiques, furniture, collectibles that filled the massive home.
