Sale #1: Includes 31 condominium units as improvements on 9 of the 11 parcels as ordered by the Court in accordance with the terms regarding the Partition Action as required to clear title to the property. Lot parcels included in this sale are numbered above as: 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26. The improvements on these parcels were constructed in 1985-1988. There have been numerous updates and renovations to remain relevant in the timeshare industry.
