In all cases of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final.
All goods are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser at the purchaser's sole risk & expense and the purchaser here by indemnifies and saves harmless the auctioneer and/ or the owner of the premises from each & every claim whatsoever which may arise by reason of the removal of the goods by the purchaser from the premises.
The auctioneer will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever, and the lot or lots will be left at the sole risk of the purchaser.
Items must be picked up by Tuesday August 21 at 5:00 pm or they will be sold at the next auction. Shipping at the buyers expense can be arranged by calling the office 403-262-2900. We can ship anywhere in North America. USA shipping will be from 59484.
