Use of this site is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Auctioneer reserves the right to edit the terms and conditions and individual auction pages may contain additional terms and conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof.
***Please be aware that we do not ship*** If you require shipping, you are responsible for making arrangements with shipper, which includes pick up of merchandise during designated pick up time. Do not bid if you can't pick up during the designated time.
Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address.
Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on.
All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.
Buyers Premium: A 10% buyer premium will be added to the final bid price on each item. Ex: If you bid $10 on an item, you will be invoiced $11.
Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.
Payment: Although you are required to register with a credit card, we do not accept credit cards for payment. Pay for your merchandise with cash or good check (sorry no plastic) at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.
Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer during the specified time. Do Not Bid if you can not pick up your merchandise during the designated pick up time!
Shipping: We do not ship. If you require shipping, you are responsible for making arrangements with shipper, which includes pick up of merchandise during designated pick up time.

Anyone who went to the Drew Co. Livestock Auction in the last 50 years or more would have heard Lee Everette Calhoun calling bids on this PA. 2 3 file cabinets (one is wooden)& candy racks 2 metal file cabinets and 1 vintage wooden file cabinet in good shape. 3 counter 96x30x43H, counter, 48x24x37H, cash reg, and treasure chest full of keys. Counters made of wood 4 Coca Cola cooler -runs, compressor works but not cooling 65" long 5 upright Coke cooler runs, compressor works but not cooling 6 American Eagle meat grinder model AE G22N Has a stripped gear. The motor runs but the shaft doesn't turn so it will not grind.
