All assets can/will be charged to your cedit card on file soon after the auction closes unless noted. All credit cards transaction must clear before items can be removed, You will be emailed a invoice when your transaction has cleared. Invoices are required for item removal NO CREDIT CARD FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO THE BUYER. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ITEM FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. All of our auctions feature a soft close. If a bid on any item is received within three minutes of close, that item will automatically extend for three minutes. Each time there is bidding activity within the last three minutes of the item close bidding will continue to extend three minutes until there is no bidding activity within the last three minutes of the current close time. All assets are being sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition and with all faults. Neither the Seller nor Auctioneer makes any warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, value or condition of any asset. Auctioneer and Seller expressly disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any description or listing, and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneer with respect to such errors. All information has been obtained from sources generally believed to be reliable, but the accuracy cannot be guaranteed or warranted by the Auctioneer. Bidder acknowledges it is their responsibility to inspect all assets and to make their own inquires. Please verify all quantity counts. In the event of a quantity count difference, the final transaction price will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis only. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER ON ASSET CONDITION - If you are purchasing any assets without viewing them, you are doing so at your own risk. We will do our best to provide photographs of each asset being sold. At Northern Kentucky Auction, we do not use "stock" photographs or use one photo to represent multiple lots. Our policy is to provide at least one photograph of every lot that you are purchasing. Shipping and Removal - Items may be picked up in person as outlined in the Auction Description. We also provide shipping services as outlined below (not available for all auctions), or you may arrange your own pickup and/or shipping. USPS / UPS / FedEx Shipping is available at our cost plus 10% Handling ($5 Min/$20 Max Handling Fee). There will also be an additional 1% ($1 Minimum) added to cover shipping insurance. We will be happy to assist with arranging freight at buyer's expense for items too large, heavy, dangerous and/or fragile for regular package delivery service. Additional handling and/or material charges will apply. Shipping is calculated and charged separately and after your invoice for items, fees and taxes has been paid in full. Should damage occur during shipping you will need to contact the shipper to make a claim. If you are unable to pick up your items during removal times and by the removal deadline, and do not make arrangements for shipping, a storage fee of $10 per day will be charged starting with the day after the removal deadline. You may avoid storage fees by paying for your items by the payment deadline, and notifying us by the removal deadline that you wish to abandon your items. Abandoned items will be disposed of or resold at our discretion without compensation to the buyer. Non-paying bidders will be banned from our auctions, and we reserve the right to share this information with other auctioneers directly and/or through our auction platform, and that information may be used to prevent you from bidding on their auctions as well. You must be at least 18 years old to bid Third party shippers must present your paid invoice before items will be released. Once items are released by the winning bidder to a third party, such as a shipping or moving company, Northern Kentucky Auction, LLC, assumes no liability. Each winning bidder is responsible for paying 6.0% Kentucky sales tax (unless tax exempt) on their purchase directly to the Auction Company. If a winning bidder is exempt, they must provide a copy of their tax-exempt certificate to Northern Kentucky Auction prior to or at time of payment / checkout. . Additional terms may be announced or modifications may be made as necessary and items may be removed prior to any bids being received at the auctioneer's discretion. Auctioneer will not be responsible for technology disruptions, errors, or failures (including disruptions to bidding or the failure to execute, recognize, or record online bids), whether caused by (i) loss of connectivity, breakdown, disruption, or failure of the Online Auction Platform, (ii) breakdown, disruption, or failure of a Bidder;s internet connection, computer, or system, or (iii) otherwise, Auctioneer may, but will not be required to, continue, suspend, delay, extend, reschedule, or close the Auction because of disruptions caused by technology failures, even after bidding has commenced, Under no circumstances will Auctioneer be liable for an failure of the Online Auction Platform Provider to perform all or any of its obligations. Or for the failure of any affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, or contractors of the Online Auction Platform Provider to perform their obligations. Bidding Tips: . Maximum Bid: Using the "maximum bid" feature can be a real time and stress saver . Sniping: Due to rounding and the imprecision of minutes left, do not wait until the last minute to bid. As with our live auctions, bidders must be registered with a full name, address, and telephone number. Using this view will eliminate the need to refresh your screen and will always show the next 15 items closing in the auction. ONLINE BIDDING ONLY - Auction 2 of 2 - Estate of the late Janet Goedde. Janet was a long time resident of Kenton County and 40 year employee at the Covington Board of Education. Janet was an avid collector and bought from auctions for many years as well as a frequent shopper are area antique shops. This a HUGE auction with good quality items from a smoke free, pet free, home. We will have plenty of off street praking in a neighbors field. NO DRIVEWAY PARKING will be available, follow the signs and we should be able to park you within 50-200 ft of the house. We were able to put several lots in boxes and plastic totes however most items are not wrapped or packaged for transport. Please bring your own packing material so you can secure your own items. There will be no admitance to the house at time of pick up. We will have auction staff bring your items out for you (We simply don't have the room for people indoors.) We have every square inch of the house packed with items. We will allow a limited number of people at a time indoors for preview. Please make a list of specfic items you would like to inspect and we will help you locate the items. Large items do not ship. ALL ITEMS MUST LEAVE THE PREMISES DURING ALLOTED PICK UP TIMES.
