At the current time, we have five storage units to sell. This number could change prior to auction day.
Units will be sold in their entirety. No entering the unit. Buyers will have 72 hours to clean out unit. All items must be removed from unit. Payment in full is required immediately following the auction. $100.00 clean out deposit required for each unit purchased. Unit must be emptied COMPLETELY and swept out before clean out deposit will be returned.
