Consignors will not be allowed to bid on their own items. Shill bidding is in violation of various state and federal laws. As in all our auctions, auction personnel will be allowed to bid & pay for their purchases. All bidders must register for a USER NAME and PASSWORD. The initial registration for bidder verification only will be made to AUCTION FLEX. Payments for purchases will be made to LENHART AUCTION & REALTY. The buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and the buyer is fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username, password, or on your account. The buyer must ensure that you properly log-out and exit from your account at the end of each session. Lenhart Auction & Realty cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. You must be of legal age (18 years) to bid and provide a valid credit card at registration. LENHART AUCTION & REALTY reserves the right to cancel this auction at any time. On the last day of the auction, items will close every 10 seconds starting at 7:00 pm EST. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes, bidding on that item will be extended another 3 minutes. You cannot be "sniped" as on eBay! Payment will be paid to Lenhart Auction & Realty at the close of the auction with credit card. Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card, or Discover with no extra fees. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with credit card. Lenhart Auction & Realty will strive to describe to the utmost and provide photos of items being sold and will answer questions about items but make no guarantees once the item has been sold. Large items such as furniture, etc., will be sold on a "pick up" basis only. Small items may be shipped at buyer's cost.
