All Sales are final. Items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDLESS OF ANY STATEMENT OF CONDITION. No refunds or returns accepted. Please inspect all items prior to bidding. All items must be removed by the removal dates listed. Removal schedule is determined by the Seller - Auctioneer has no authority to modify this schedule. No refunds or credits will be given for any itmes not picked up during scheduled pick up times. Any party picking up or removing any tiems from the auction will be solely responsibe for any damage to belongings, property, buildings or other posessions of Seller, Auctioneer, Venue, or any other party. Any damages will be the responsibility of the registered bidder whose property is being removed, regardless of the party removing the items. We accept cash or good check. The Seller and Auctioneer both reserve the right to alter or ajusct the sale in any way without prior notice, including, but not limited to: adding or removing lots for sale prior to close of auction, adjust lotting, auction start and end times, accept or reject any bid, suspend or cancel any auction, or perform any legal act deemed in the best interest of the Seller before, during, or after the auction without prior notice. These terms may only be changed by Auctinoeer in writing. Any liability of Seller or Auctioneer shall be limited exclusively to the purchase price of the item in question.
