If Paying by Cash or Check the 4% Buyer's Fee is Waived on the Personal Property Items. Real Estate Terms and Conditions: Property Will Be Sold With Owner Conformation of the Final Highest Bid. The Property Will Be Sold "As-Is" . There will be a 10% Buyers Premium Added to the Final Highest Winning Bid Upon Owners Acceptance. The 10% Buyer's Premium Will Be Due Day of the Auction. The Sale of the Real Property is not contingent upon Prior Financing. A Real Estate Closing Will Be Required in Approximately 30 Days from the auction.

Public Auction Sunday November 19th, 2017 Auction Start Time Will Be 1pm
Come join us this Sunday November 19th. 2017 at 1pm for a huge auction with a large variety of items from Furniture, Fenton Glass, Display Cabinets, China Hutches, Tables, Home Decor, Holiday Decorations, China Dinnerware, Wall Mirrors, and Much Much More. This will be the 4th consecutive auction we have conducted for AJ and there are many more items still yet to be sold. We are estimating there will be 3 more auctions yet to conduct. Come out this Sunday there is plenty of room for parking and plenty of room for trailers if you bring one. Concessions and Restrooms will be available. See You There !!! |
