Sales tax of 6% will be applied on total amount of purchase unless tax exempt. 4.) Wyoming sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax. All dealers must provide a valid resale number upon registration and provide a copy of tax license when picking up your items. 11.) All items must be picked up by Saturday October 21st, 2017 unless prior arrangements have been made. If for any reason the purchaser fails to remove any lot within the time specified the lot shall be deemed abandoned and Auctioneer, at their sole discretion may resell the lot / lots.
