For online bids placed through HIBID.com buyers premium is eighteen, 18%. Phone bids buyers premium is 18%. 3- State sales tax will be collected of 7.5%. 4- Personal property- Buying items as is, where is, no guarantees, no warrenties, expressed or implied.
