ALL ASSOCIATED ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM STORAGE FACILITY BY SEPTEMBER 30TH 2017. NO ITEMS CAN BE LEFT AT THE FACILITY. Formulas will be sold along with the inventory and a non-compete/disclosure agreement will be signed to with the buyer.
Forklifts are available onsight as well as loading docks for tractor trailers.

Below is a list of approvals, but it is very important that you note these approvals are no longer active.
ECO-FOAM 3% AFFF were listed and approved by both Underwriters Labs (UL) and Factory Mutual (FM Global). EXTREME CAF Foam was listed and approved by FM Global. UNIVERSAL CAF Foam was listed and approved by FM Global.
3% AFFF CAF Foam Concentrate was listed and approved by FM Global.
Plus there is at least another approx. 1,200 gallons of finished product including totes of AR/AFFF concentrate and Universal CAF Foam that is freeze protected. These products in totes were used for FM Approval.

EXTREME CAF FOAM
EXTREME CAF FOAM is an advanced, environmentally friendly, full strength firefighting foam designed for extremely cold conditions. It is excellent full strength firefighting foam for use with modern portable CAF Systems and all other portable extinguishers. Applications for use also include outdoor remote automated fire systems where weather and monitoring can be problematic. Our full strength foam is non-corrosive, biodegradable and non- toxic. EXTREME CAF FOAM does not contain any ingredients reportable under the Superfund Amendment and Reauthorization Act (SARA) or the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).

ECO-FOAM - AFFF 3% is an advanced environmentally friendly, firefighting foam designed for the modern needs of firefighters. It is non-corrosive, biodegradable and has an very low level of toxicity. This foam can be metered, injected, or premixed and can be deployed through all conventional equipment.
ECO-FOAM - AFFF 3% is compatible with any equipment that can pump water, making it ideal for a variety of applications. It can be used as a Class A or a Class B agent.

ApplicationClass A (fibrous) materials: Meter at 0.25% - 3% in fresh or salt water and apply foam solution into fire. Suitable for all types of fibrous combustible, e.g. wood, textiles, paper, corrugated, and cloth. For brush fires meter at 0.25% - 1% and apply to cover fires.
Class B (hydrocarbon) liquids: Flammable hydrocarbon fires can be extinguished with in fresh or salt water. Aspirated or non-aspirated nozzles can be used. Where highly flammable or volatile fuels are encountered, use of aspirated nozzles is strongly recommended. ______________________________________________________________________________________
