Part one will be open to the public, while parts 2 and 3 will only be available to Class III dealers, Legally Eligible Law Enforcement & Military Agencies. This case, Bankruptcy Case # 08-24243-SVK, has taken a few years to work out because of the complications of fully automatic machine guns involved in the assets.
