All items will be sold as-is, where-is. 10% buyers premium added to sale. All items must be removed day of sale unless other arrangements are made. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m. for preview and registration.
Sales tax will be charged unless you have a copy of your Alabama Dept of Revenue issued tax exempt certificate. All purchases over 200.00 are cash only without being a previous registered bidder with out auction company with no issues.

Coming back to beautiful Eclectic, Alabama. We will be selling the living estate of a well known collector. Over the years he has accumulated a lot of really neat items. The pictures that are up now are just the initial pictures from the first walk through. Most all the buildings and trucks you see in the pictures are loaded with items. Advertising, Cast Iron, Bulldozer, Military Storage Houses, Ornamental Iron, Cast Iron 4 way Traffic lights from the early 1900's, Porcelain Signs, Coca Cola, The list goes on and one for this sale. Trust me when I say to mark your calendars now for this awesome Auction event. Plan on bringing your loading help and your trucks and trailers. ****All flat bed trailers and enclosed trailers are being used for display purposes only, they are not going to be sold in the sale. ****The box trucks, bulldozers and tractors will be a part of the sale. THE BOX TRUCK WITH THE LIFT GATE, THE FLAT BED TRAILERS AND THE SEMI-TRAILERS WILL NOT BE A PART OF THE SALE. Good Evening Everyone, The listing has been updated with some items that will not be a part of tomorrows auction as we made a final walkthrough with the owner today. Please note the exceptions in the pictures. THE AUCTION WILL TAKE PLACE, RAIN OR SHINE. Tomorrows auction is mainly a walking auction, if you need chairs you are encouraged to bring your folding chairs with you. I would wear your outdoor shoes and clothes for this sale. Be careful where you park due to all the rain there are a lot of soft areas. It aint one for high heels and suits...but it will be a lot of fun. Hope to see everyone in the morning. This is not an absolute auction, some items may have a minimum bid to buy in them. All reserved items will be announced. **These are preliminary pictures and all items may or may not be part of this sale. All items available on sale day will take precedent over any and all advertised items prior to the sale. We discourage pulling items from the sale and theft of property prior to a sale but it does happen. As the owner does not want to do a absolute auction there will be a few reserved items. However, with that being said the owner said he wants to clear out most of everything there.
