Payment Terms: We Accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo I.D., We Also Accept Credit or Debit Cards. There is an Additional 4% Buyers Fee Included if Paying By Credit or Debit Card. If Paying by Cash or Check the 4% Buyer's Fee is Waived on the Personal Property Items. Real Estate Terms and Conditions: Property Will Be Sold With Owner Conformation of the Final Highest Bid. The Property Will Be Sold "As-Is" . There will be a 10% Buyers Premium Added to the Final Highest Winning Bid Upon Owners Acceptance. The 10% Buyer's Premium Will Be Due Day of the Auction. The Sale of the Real Property is not contingent upon Prior Financing. A Real Estate Closing Will Be Required in Approximately 30 Days from the auction.

We highly encourage you to bring someone with you so both rings can be attended too. All Bidders Are Encouraged to Bring Some Type of Marking Materials to Mark the Items you Purchase and Keep Up With Them. The amount of items is enormous.
