Payment Terms: We Accept Cash or Check with Proper and Satisfactory Photo I.D., We Also Accept Credit or Debit Cards. There is an Additional 4% Buyers Fee Included if Paying By Credit or Debit Card. If Paying by Cash or Check the 4% Buyer's Fee is Waived on the Personal Property Items. Real Estate Terms and Conditions: Property Will Be Sold With Owner Conformation of the Final Highest Bid. The Property Will Be Sold "As-Is" . There will be a 10% Buyers Premium Added to the Final Highest Winning Bid Upon Owners Acceptance. The 10% Buyer's Premium Will Be Due Day of the Auction. The Sale of the Real Property is not contingent upon Prior Financing. A Real Estate Closing Will Be Required in Approximately 30 Days from the auction.

March of Dimes Benefit Auction Saturday May 6th. will be the annual March of Dimes Benefit Auction for the Sallisaw, Ok. Chapter. It our pleasure once again to be conducting this auction. The funds raised will be used in Research and Devlopment for a cure of childhood diseases. This money is also used to assist families who have children with childhood diseases that are involved with the March of Dimes. Come out and join us Saturday May 6th. in Sallisaw Oklahoma and give to the March of Dimes to help find a cure for these diseases that No Child Should Ever Have to Deal With. |
