By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof. Bidders must register to bid at http://orrellauctions.hibid.com. All items must be paid for on Tue April 18th between 8am and 5pm at the Gus Wilson Farm Hwy 1 North in Kelso, AR. (Official address is 2386 Hwy 1 North, Tillar, AR 71670) A 10% buyer premium will be added to the bid price of each item. Acceptable payment is cash or good check. Checks should be accompanied with phone number to bank. Call will be made to verify funds in account or buyer may bring current bank statement showing sufficient balance in the account on which check is to be written. All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect the merchandise to their own satisfaction. While attempts have been made to accurately describe the items, Auctioneer and Seller make no representations or warranties concerning condition of the equipment or descriptions in marketing materials. It is the bidders responsibility to verify such descriptions prior to bidding. There will be no returns or refunds. Removal: All purchases must be removed on Tuesday April 18th between 8am and 5pm. Any items left after this time will be considered abandoned and disposed of or resold unless prior arrangements are made for delayed pickup. Loader assistance will be provided April 18th only, Seller or Auction Co. are not responsible for items left past 5pm Tue April 18th. The J D 4840 tractor and Tag along loader that are included in the auction, will be retained to use for load assistance from 8am til 5pm. on Tues April 18th Buyer may pick them up after 5pm Tues 18th or earlier if they become no longer needed for loading. All removal shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Load assistance is provided as a convenience only and will be available for one day only on Tue April 18th from 8am til 5pm. Loader operator will need to see receipt for merchandise before loading. Buyer should be involved in the loading process, application and approval of rigging connections before equipment is lifted and to supervise transport from ground onto buyer's trailer or vehicle. Neither Auctioneer, Seller nor Loading Equipment Operator will be responsible for damage to equipment during loading. Bidders acknowledge that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Every person enters at his or her own risk, with notice of condition of premises and activities that will be or have been conducted there. Persons attending during preview or removal, assume all risk of injury, damage or loss of personal property and specifically release the auctioneer and seller from liability. Neither Auctioneer nor the Seller shall be liable by any reason of defect in, or condition of the premises on which the exhibition, sale or removal of Lots is held.
