All items will be sold as-is, where-is. 15% buyers premium with a 5% discount for cash or checks. All items must be removed day of sale. Doors will open at 3:00 p.m. for preview and registration.
10% sales tax will be charged unless you have a copy of your Alabama Dept of Revenue issued tax exempt certificate.

The main auction starts at 4:00 p.m. however this estates items will begin at 6:00 p.m. Shortly after that we will begin selling the huge Nippon Collection. Partial contents of a beautiful Antibellum home from Historic Union Springs, Al has been delivered to our auction house in 2 large pods. This home was built in 1856 and is still one of the most beautiful homes in this historic area. This home was known to have ties with the start of Bonnie Plant fams. This home has been emptied and the partial contents will be available at our auction house beginning at 6:00 p.m. The items delivered consisted of some antiques as well as more modern Higher end furniture. We will have several guns in this sale also. Please note some items pictured may not be available the day of the sale. However, the majority of what is currently pictured will be in the sale. More pictures will be coming. |
