YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO USE THE MAX BID FEATURE AND YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO NOT BID "AT THE LAST SECOND". ENTER YOUR BIDS PROMPTLY TO ALLOW THE ONLINE SYSTEM TO PROCESS ALL BIDS IN A TIMELY FASHION. Neither the Seller nor Auctioneer makes any warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, value or condition of any asset. Shipping and Removal - Items may be picked up in person as outlined in the Auction Description. We also provide shipping services as outlined below (not available for all auctions or all items), or you may arrange your own pickup and/or shipping. USPS / UPS / FedEx Shipping is available at our cost plus 10% Handling ($5 Min/$20 Max Handling Fee). There will also be an additional 1% ($1 Minimum) added to cover shipping insurance. We will be happy to assist with arranging freight at buyer's expense for items too large, heavy, dangerous and/or fragile for regular package delivery service. Additional handling and/or material charges will apply. Shipping is calculated and charged separately and after your invoice for items, fees and taxes has been paid in full. Should damage occur during shipping you will need to contact the shipper to make a claim. If you are unable to pick up your items during removal times and by the removal deadline, and do not make arrangements for shipping, a storage fee of $10 per day will be charged starting with the day after the removal deadline. You may avoid storage fees by paying for your items by the payment deadline, and notifying us by the removal deadline that you wish to abandon your items. Abandoned items will be disposed of or resold at our discretion without compensation to the buyer. Non-paying bidders will be banned from our auctions, and we reserve the right to share this information with other auctioneers directly and/or through our auction platform, and that information may be used to prevent you from bidding on their auctions as well. If a bid on any item is received within three minutes of close, that item will automatically extend for three minutes. Each time there is bidding activity within the last three minutes of the item close bidding will continue to extend three minutes until there is no bidding activity within the last three minutes of the current close time. All assets are being sold in "As-Is, Where-Is" condition and with all faults. Neither the Seller nor Auctioneer makes any warranty, express or implied, as to the nature, quality, value or condition of any asset. Auctioneer and Seller expressly disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any description or listing, and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneer with respect to such errors. All information has been obtained from sources generally believed to be reliable, but the accuracy cannot be guaranteed or warranted by the Auctioneer. Bidder acknowledges it is their responsibility to inspect all assets and to make their own inquires. Please verify all quantity counts. In the event of a quantity count difference, the final transaction price will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis only. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER ON ASSET CONDITION - If you are purchasing any assets without viewing them, you are doing so at your own risk. We will do our best to provide photographs of each asset being sold. At Northern Kentucky Auction, we do not use "stock" photographs or use one photo to represent multiple lots. Our policy is to provide at least one photograph of every lot that you are purchasing. Shipping and Removal - Items may be picked up in person as outlined in the Auction Description. We also provide shipping services as outlined below (not available for all auctions or all items), or you may arrange your own pickup and/or shipping. USPS / UPS / FedEx Shipping is available at our cost plus 10% Handling ($5 Min/$20 Max Handling Fee). There will also be an additional 1% ($1 Minimum) added to cover shipping insurance. We will be happy to assist with arranging freight at buyer's expense for items too large, heavy, dangerous and/or fragile for regular package delivery service. Additional handling and/or material charges will apply. Shipping is calculated and charged separately and after your invoice for items, fees and taxes has been paid in full. Should damage occur during shipping you will need to contact the shipper to make a claim. If you are unable to pick up your items during removal times and by the removal deadline, and do not make arrangements for shipping, a storage fee of $10 per day will be charged starting with the day after the removal deadline. You may avoid storage fees by paying for your items by the payment deadline, and notifying us by the removal deadline that you wish to abandon your items. Abandoned items will be disposed of or resold at our discretion without compensation to the buyer. Non-paying bidders will be banned from our auctions, and we reserve the right to share this information with other auctioneers directly and/or through our auction platform, and that information may be used to prevent you from bidding on their auctions as well. You must be at least 18 years old to bid Third party shippers must present your paid invoice before items will be released. Once items are released by the winning bidder to a third party, such as a shipping or moving company, Northern Kentucky Auction, LLC, assumes no liability. Sniping: Due to rounding and the imprecision of minutes left, do not wait until the last minute to bid. Sniping doesn't work with the "soft close" system;.
